No. There is no emergency surcharge. We’ll explain the estimate for the service and any parts or programming. If a lock needs inspecting before we can price the repair, we’ll tell you.
Should I book a lockout or a replacement key?
If a working key is locked inside, tell us that first. If the key is lost, broken, or no longer works, describe what happened so we can check the replacement or repair options.
Can you handle several locks in one visit?
Tell us how many doors or locks need work when you call. We can discuss rekeying, repairs, and replacement hardware together and plan the visit around the whole job.
